Are your blanks ready to wear?

It's important to note that our blanks come directly from the dye-house, which means they are considered a "raw product." As a result, we recommend washing and steaming/pressing them prior to their first wear. In contrast, cheaper blanks from overseas companies are typically sewn directly from pre-dyed fabric using polyester stitching, resulting in a flattened appearance. Beware of these cheaper blanks, as they haven't undergone the shrinking process and will shrink when washed. To ensure the best quality for your own brand, we always advise using a professional "finishing" service after silk-screen printing your graphic on the blank. This service will wash and flatten the tee, enhancing your graphic and removing any unwanted residue or pigments from the dying process, making it ready for your next photo shoot, store display, or customer shipment.
