Shipping policy
General Shipping Information:
- Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment and item availability verification. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. (Los Angeles, CA), excluding federal, state, and local holidays. Orders placed Friday–Sunday are processed the following Tuesday or the next business day after a holiday.
- Delays: Large orders, items on backorder, distressed styles, vintage charcoal styles, or sales periods may require longer processing times.
Shipping Charges:
- Automatic Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
- Handling Fee: Shipping charges include a 10% handling fee to cover packaging and labor costs.
Shipping Speeds:
- Estimates Provided by Carriers: Shipping speeds displayed at checkout are estimated by the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS) and do not account for processing times or stock availability.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout but are subject to the same processing timelines.
International Shipping:
- Availability: We ship to most international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us for assistance.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, fees, and compliance with local laws. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
Shipping Directly to Printers:
- Recommendations: We strongly recommend shipping orders to yourself first, rather than directly to a printer or embellisher.
- Inspection Requirement: Customers must inspect orders within 3 days of delivery and before printing, washing, dyeing, relabeling, or decorating.
- Liability: We are not liable for printing or embellishing costs, nor will we replace missing blanks if shipped directly to a printer. Unfortunately, some print shops may misuse blanks as samples, and we cannot verify claims of missing items in these cases.
- Non-Returnable Items: Blanks that have been printed, washed, dyed, relabeled, or decorated are non-returnable.
Customer Responsibility:
- Accurate Information: Ensure all shipping details (recipient’s name, address, phone number, and email) are accurate when placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages:
- Return Fees: Customers must cover fees for returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Re-shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for re-shipping fees.
- Non-Refundable Orders: Shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable packages.
Abandoned Packages:
- If return or re-shipping fees are not paid by the customer, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
Liability for Missing Packages After Delivery:
- We are not liable for packages that go missing after the carrier has marked them as delivered. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location and for tracking their shipments to avoid issues.
