Can I cancel my order? Answer is NO

NO. Our rules apply to all. We do not accept cancellations of orders by the customer. Sixelar reserves the right to cancel orders or remove parts of an order at our discretion - we will only issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill the item(s) due to current inventory discrepancies on our system (backorders not included) and if there isn't an alternative product you'd like to receive. In all other cases, we will issue store credit.
