If you created an account and haven't heard from us please check your spam folder and make sure you are subscribed.

Once you create an account, you will immediately receive an automated account activation email. You can login to your account after you click on the link "activate account" in the email. If you can't find it please check your spam or promotions folders etc.

• Make sure you are subscribed otherwise you won't receive any account activation emails

When you've activated your account by clicking on the link in the activation email, you can now login to gain access to our intro pricing.

To apply for a better pricing tier, use our Wholesale Account Application. 

All first orders get INTRO pricing regardless of whether you have applied for higher-tier membership.

If you plan on placing a high-volume order, please feel free to email us so that we may expedite the account verification process.

For Wholesale account applications

Login and go to your account page to check which pricing tier you have access to. See image below.

ALL customers who have not yet placed their first order will have access to Tier 1 INTRO PRICING. If your account has been verified, you will automatically be upgarded to a better pricing tier after you've placed your first order.
