Returns Policy for Sixelar® Branded Collections:
We are pleased to offer free shipping and free returns** for items from our Sixelar® Graphic Tees collection (and other branded collections excluding our Blanks Collection) within the contiguous United States.
To initiate a return, the customer must email us requesting a return within 3 days of receiving the order. Upon approval, we will email you a return shipping label if within the contiguous US or give you further return intructions if outside the US.
Please ensure that the return package is dropped off at the shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
The item being returned must be in its original condition, including any tags and packaging. We kindly ask that you ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and free from any lint, pet hair, damages or alterations.
If you would like to proceed with a return, please follow these steps:
1. Within 3 days of receiving your order, email us at info@sixelarclothing.com to request a return.
2. Await approval and follow the instructions provided for the return process.
3. Pack the item securely, ensuring it is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue store credit to your account, or we can send you replacement tees of equal value to your order.

**Please note that free shipping and free returns are only offered for ONE return of the same order. For any returns following the original return, shipping will be the customer's responsibility both to return the items to us, and ship replacement items back to the customer.
