Processing RAs takes time with little value, which is why we don’t rush approvals. Our priority is selling volume, not taking product back.

  1. Wholesale Accounts Only
    Returns for store credit are only available to verified wholesale accounts. To qualify, customers must submit a seller’s permit or valid ID that confirms they are a real business.

  2. Email Verification
    For security and community protection, return requests must come from the same email used to place the order. Requests from different emails will not be processed.

  3. Why Wholesale Accounts
    Processing returns for store credit requires verification and manual review. By limiting this to wholesale accounts, we ensure customers are familiar with our policies and understand how B2B purchasing works.

    Wholesale customers rarely request returns for store credit because it’s usually faster and more efficient to place a new order — time is money for brands. This approach helps us work with customers who are building and operating real brands, rather than customers placing very small sample orders with the expectation that items can easily be returned or refunded.

    By structuring our policies this way, we encourage serious brand partners and maintain an efficient system for the businesses we serve.

  4. Final Sale Items
    All other items — including Raw Edge, Distressed, Cropped, Made-to-Order, Backorder, Clearance, and large orders/items purchased without testing first — do not qualify for returns for store credit.

  5. Policy Awareness
