We don’t have an exact ship date. Orders are packed and shipped after the 48-hour processing window, never before. But we send fast after that, Wholesale accounts go first. Apply for wholesale for priority, faster order processing and better visibility.
Shipping time depends on order type. Wholesale accounts with large orders are prioritized, while smaller/test orders may take longer — we operate on volume, not samples.
Fulfillment works independently from this office and processes orders in the order they are received. We can’t rush, skip, or rearrange any orders. They follow their own system and timing.
Certain items require additional time. Raw edge, distressed blanks, cropped styles (Festival tee and cropped cordless hoodies involve extra handling and processing, so they may delay your order but worth the wait.
During high volume days, some packed orders may ship the next day after 48 hours processing due to carrier pickup limits.
Orders with multiple styles, sizes, and colors can take longer since items are stored in different areas of a large warehouse. Simpler Large bulk orders move faster, while smaller mixed orders may take more time.
